CLIVE HARDMAN
Director and Responsible Individual for Allcare Nursing Agency Ltd.
Brought up in North Wales, I see my role in the company as financial management and trying to keep up to date with the ever-increasing red tape.
Previously I qualified as a Chartered Architect in Liverpool and have worked in the private and public sectors both here and abroad.
Kate and I started the company in 2005 to foster more attention on providing friendly care to client and develop a rewarding environment that carers can enjoy.
KATE HARDMAN
Co-owner and Deputy Manager of the company.
Kate was born and brought up in North Wales.
She qualified as a registered nurse at St. Bartholomew’s Hospital London.
After practising in the Liverpool area for 5yrs and living abroad for a further 13 she returned to the UK and was in charge of the North Wales area for a national nursing agency for 13yrs.
In 2005 she and her husband established Allcare with a view to running a family business where staff and service users could feel valued and able to approach the office staff with confidence.
CLAUDINE WILLIAMS
Care Manager
Born and raised in North Wales and bilingual with Welsh being my first language.
I have three decades of working in the care industry.
Working in nursing homes for first 13 years and then moving on to domiciliary care.
Having worked for Allcare for 16 years and became the care manager 4 years ago. I have Qualification are NVQ 2,3 and 5 in Health and social care. As well as assessors’ qualification.
My passion has always been caring for the elderly and delivering high standards of care in the community. I also strive to develop a good working environment and relationship with the staff, ensuring their wellbeing is maintained.
