At AllCare, we’re passionate about supporting the causes close to our hearts and those of our service users. This Boxing Day, our very own Claudine Williams, joined by Gemma, will brave the freezing waters at Deganwy Promenade to raise funds for Dementia UK.
Dementia impacts many of the families we work with, and we see firsthand the challenges it brings. That’s why we’re proud to support this amazing charity, which provides Admiral Nurses—specialists who offer life-changing care for families navigating dementia.
